Mountune M330

Speziell auf den ST kann ich nicht antworten, keine Erfahrung.

Allgemein dürfte aber klar sein, dass der Verschleiß natürlich ansteigt, weil Antriebsstrang und Bremsen mehr beansprucht werden, wenn man die Leistung abruft.

Vermutlich wird mehr Ladedruck gefahren, denn die Leistung fällt ja nicht vom Himmel, mehr als 90 Nm zusätzliches Drehmoment ist schon eine Ansage an den Antriebsstrang.

what's the build date of your ST?
i think it was build after May 2024 (it has the new dash, and the speed warning), if this is the case, then the ECU on your ST is locked "can't be tuned", so don't make your order before contacting Mountune and provide them with your car VIN

i contacted Mountuns and DreamScience, both confirmed my car can't be tuned right now, and both are working on a solution.
mine was built in September 2024

Vielleicht willst Du vorher Ansaugung, Ladeluftkühler anpassen und einen Ölkühler mit verbauen.
Meiner wäre mir thermisch zu heikel für einen Sprung auf +50 - +70 PS.
Das wäre meist so die Empfehlung der üblichen Verdächtigen.
Achte aufs Kleingedruckte, bei Mountune z.B. "The m330 calibration has been fully optimised to utilise the mountune high-flow panel filter, which allows the engine and turbocharger to work more efficiently, as well as improving induction noise."
Die haben gelegentlich noch ein paar "Zusatzempfehlungen".

ECU in our STs is locked, our cars can't be tuned by remapping the ECU.

So neither Mountune nor Dreamscience flashers work...

I don' t get your logic. Regarding your statement from the 21st, cars after May '24 can't be tuned. Which matches the statement of Dreamscience on their page: https://www.dreamscience-autom…cience-stratagem-imap-e6/

Here they are offering the facelift tuning only for manuals: "Ford Focus ST MK4.5 Face-Lift (Manual only)"

"***PLEASE NOTE – Currently, ST MK4.5 models built from May 2024 onwards are not supported for iMap-E6 Tuning. Models built pre-May 2024 ARE supported for iMap-E6 Tuning."

Now you have changed your statement.

BTW mine is build FY23 ... so I would trust the vendor.

I haven't changed my statement,

I contacted both Mountune and Dreamscience with my car's FIN number, and both confirmed that my car has a new ECU type, and can't be remapped.

So, info also from the vendors, all Ford STs built after May 2024, has this new LOCKED ECU type.

To be more specific, all ST that has a new digital dashboard design with a speed warning, can't be tuned.

My car is built in September 2024, i think Iki 's ST is built in June or July 2024, both cars have the new dashboard, i.e. can't be tuned.
