it's really old, you should go to a Ford garage to make a manual update if this is possible.
I had all the problems that you listed, most probably you car had an pending update that was made during driving, and yeah, it's indeed annoying. We've reported the issues to Ford, but they don't care...
Wo sehe ich eigentlich welches Sync4 ich habe ? Also ob ich dieses 22.5 habe oder 23.25 ?

as mentioned numerous time, you or your dealer can't do something about this issue, it's the sync4 software which it's really bad. Search on google for this sync4 version and you'll see plenty of Americans who are really unhappy of how Ford it's handling this sync4 updates.

From this I can understand that the 22.5MY Focus will not receive anymore updates and this is a shame.
I recently got "23-PU2001-PR-FX 2023" as an update. I was a bit surprised, because I was actually waiting for 4.2.2 as well.
However, my SYNC is now also "hanging" on 23121_PRODUCT, revision 883.
I also got it however, its really bad
I just got sound issue( front speakers not working), driving modes not available appeared suddenly when I was driving, so yeah, if you can, please avoid this update.
I was just notified that the live traffic info it's not available anymore because it has only a one-year trial, and after this, I need to pay 80 euro/year to have this option which I think it's way too pricy since Waze's free.
