as mentioned numerous time, you or your dealer can't do something about this issue, it's the sync4 software which it's really bad. Search on google for this sync4 version and you'll see plenty of Americans who are really unhappy of how Ford it's handling this sync4 updates.

Well, I didn't have any problems before the two updates and it worked great! I don't think it's a general statement that the Sync4 software is bad. But what is unacceptable and completely incomprehensible to me is why two new versions are being thrown onto the market that have apparently not been tested sufficiently and, above all, apparently not tested with all configurations?
Anyway, we have to be bit patient to see the next versions
